Refund Policy

Try apmix first with the free tokens. If you subscribe to a monthly plan and it is not for you, you can get your money back as long as you have used less than 5% of the month. Refunds are issued by Nomvel (nomvel.com), the operator of apmix.ai, to the payment method you paid with.

Full refund on any monthly plan. This includes subscriptions that were never used.
5% and above
No refund. Once 5% of the month's allowance is consumed, the right to a refund ends.

Yearly plans
Choosing a yearly plan means you have tried apmix and are satisfied that everything works well. Yearly plans are not refundable.

Every new account receives 25M free tokens to test the site before paying, spendable on any of the seven free models, and 50M if you share a post about apmix.

The offer is for each new account. Any abuse of the offer or the use of multiple accounts leads to a ban from the site.
01Monthly plans
A monthly plan is refundable while you have used less than 5% of its monthly allowance of weighted tokens. This applies to every monthly plan, whatever its size.
If you bought a subscription and did not use it, or used it but stayed under the 5% line, you get your money back.
02The 5% line
Once 5% of your monthly allowance has been consumed, there is no right to a refund for that subscription. Usage is measured in weighted tokens, the same number you see in your dashboard.
03Yearly plans
Refunds apply to monthly plans only. A yearly plan means you have tried apmix and are convinced that everything works well, so yearly plans are not refundable.
04Free tokens for new accounts
Every new account gets 25M free tokens to try the site, spendable on the free models — the ids ending in -free, listed on the Models page — from one shared balance with no daily limit and no expiry date. The tokens are granted once per account and the offer is one per person: opening extra accounts to collect it again is the abuse described below.
You can double that to 50M by posting publicly about apmix and sending us the link. A person reviews every submission, the reward is one per person rather than one per account, and free tokens are never refundable in cash.
05Abuse
Any abuse of the free offer, or the use of multiple accounts, results in a ban from the site.
06How to request a refund
Email support@apmix.ai from the address on your account and name the plan you bought. We check the usage of the current month and, if it is under the 5% line, refund the payment to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
