Terms of Service

01The service

apmix.ai gives you access to AI models from several providers through one API key and one subscription. Requests are made to our OpenAI-compatible and Anthropic-compatible endpoints and are forwarded to the provider that serves the model you ask for.

The list of models can change as providers release, rename or retire models. We add and remove models to keep the catalog current and will show the current list on the Models page.

02Accounts

You sign in with Google, GitHub or a link sent to your email. You must be at least 16 years old and provide accurate information.

Sign-in by email link is for addresses on a domain you control. If your address is a free mailbox such as Gmail, Outlook or Yahoo, use the Google or GitHub button instead. Temporary and disposable mailboxes are not accepted by any sign-in method.

You are responsible for everything that happens with your account and your API keys. Keep keys secret. If a key leaks, revoke it in the dashboard immediately.

• One person, one account. Duplicate accounts made to collect free allowances are closed.
• Do not share, sell or rent your account or keys.
• Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

03Plans, billing and usage

Plans are billed monthly or yearly, in advance, and renew automatically until you cancel. Prices are shown on the Pricing page in USD; taxes may be added depending on your country.

Each plan includes a monthly allowance of weighted tokens shared across every model and every key on your account. When the allowance is used, requests return an error until the monthly reset or until you move to a bigger plan, which applies immediately.

You can cancel at any time from your account. Your keys keep working until the end of the period you have paid for. Refunds are handled exactly as described in the Refund policy.

04Free tokens and promotions

Every new account starts with a one-time allowance of free tokens, spendable on the free models listed on the Models page, as described in the Refund policy. It is a trial, not a recurring grant.

From time to time we offer extra tokens for sharing a public post about apmix. Rewards are reviewed by a person before anything is added, and a reward is per person rather than per account: the same post or the same social account cannot claim twice. A post must be public and stay published. If it is removed, or if the same post is submitted from more than one account, we may reverse the tokens and close the accounts involved.

05Acceptable use

Use the API for anything lawful. You must also follow the usage policies of the model providers whose models you call, since your requests are ultimately served by them.

• No illegal content, malware, harassment or attempts to harm others.
• No reselling access, wrapping apmix as your own API, or sharing one key across unrelated users.
• No attempts to bypass rate limits, metering or the free-trial rules.
• No probing or disrupting the service, its infrastructure or other customers.

06Availability and changes

We work to keep the service available around the clock, but it is provided as is, without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Model providers can experience outages or change their models, and those changes flow through to apmix.

We may change features, plans or prices. Price changes apply from your next renewal, and we will tell you in advance.

07Liability

To the extent permitted by law, apmix.ai is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or data, or for the content produced by the models. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

08Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, abuse the free trial, create multiple accounts or put the service at risk. You may close your account at any time; closing it does not refund the current period unless the Refund policy says otherwise.

09Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version. If you keep using apmix after a change, you accept the new terms. For questions, email support@apmix.ai.
